Where we started
APONIA.ro was born from a real frustration: finding a therapist available in Romania is unnecessarily complicated. There is no visibility into who has open slots, when, and at what price.
But before solving the patient's problem, we wanted to understand the therapist's problem. What we found: WhatsApp turned into a permanent receptionist, appointments confirmed on loose sheets of paper, session notes scattered across phone notes.
APONIA.ro solves this. Phase 1: practice management tool for the therapist. Phase 2: real-time availability directory for the patient.

Who we are
APONIA.ro is built by a small team, without external funding. Servers are in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Native GDPR compliance.
We are not a large medical software company. We are people who wanted to build a simple, honest tool for a profession that deserves more administrative respect.
